​Q:  Do grades combine for Sunday School?

A:  Yes.  At 8am, grades 1-5 are combined.

 

Q:  What hour is considered traditional Sunday School?

A:  The 930am Sunday School hour is our traditional time and children are placed to grade specific classes. 

 

Q:  Will my littleKIDS and bigKIDS be learning the same lesson each week?

A:  Yes,  bigKIDS, littleKIDS and Middle School are all learning the same lesson.  This allows for families with children in different departments to discuss the lesson together.

 

Q: What is Kids Time

A:  Kids Time is an opportunity for kids to not only learn biblical concepts but also engage in hands-on activities.  Kids Time is at 11am in the bigKID area.

 

Q:  How are kids grouped for Kids Time

A;  Kindergarten and 1st grade meet in the Grade 1 Classroom

      Second grade meets in the Grade 2 Classroom

      Grades 3-5 meet in the Grade 4 Classroom

 

Q:  Are background checks performed on all adults serving in the bigKIDS area?

A:  Yes.  BVBC is committed to provided a safe environment and performs background checks on all volunteers.
