Worship is the way a person responds whenever God reveals something about Himself. Simply stated, worship begins and ends with God. In the Bible we see worship taking many different forms. At BVBC, we believe that preaching, teaching, singing, and reading scripture open our eyes to truths about God, causing us to respond in celebration, reverence or submission. These activities are characteristic of the way we approach worship.

 

While individuals can certainly worship God in quiet moments alone, there’s something very special about worshipping alongside others who Follow Jesus. Blue Valley Baptist Church places a high priority on creating opportunities to worship God together as well as on providing a means for individuals to serve as a part of the worship-leading team.
