Darrin began serving as the Pastor of Discipleship at Blue Valley Baptist Church in 2007.  From 1989 through 2007, he served as student pastor at churches in Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, and Nebraska.

 

Darrin received undergraduate degrees in business administration and Christian ministries from Southwest Baptist University in 1994, and a masters in Christian education from Southwestern Seminary in 2000. 

 

Darrin married Tiffany, the love of his life, in 1999.  They have two children:  Tirin, born in 2003, and Ethan, born in 2006. Ethan plays baseball and Tirin softball. Both play basketball, and are students in the Blue Valley school district.

 

 

Darrin is passionate about the Lord, his family and his friends. He enjoys playing AND watching all sports (well, almost all sports), especially the Chiefs, Diamondbacks, Jayhawks, Packers, and Royals. A favorite family night for the Rays would include dinner and a movie, or a sporting event.
